1. Acceptance of Terms

By using myfax.space you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

myfax.space provides an online fax-sending service. Free tier allows up to 3 pages per fax to US/Canada destinations. Premium faxes support longer documents and international destinations.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use myfax.space to send:

• Unsolicited bulk faxes (spam)
• Illegal, threatening, or harassing content
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation

4. Payments & Refunds

Premium faxes are charged per fax at the published rate. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are issued if a fax fails to deliver after all retry attempts.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime or fax delivery failures beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

myfax.space liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific fax transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
