At MyFax.Space, we believe that sending a legally binding document via fax shouldn't require an outdated hardware machine, an expensive dedicated telephone landline, or a forced $15–$25/month recurring subscription. Our mission is to provide the most frictionless, transparent, and privacy-conscious online faxing service on the web.
Why We Built MyFax.Space
Most online fax providers trap consumers with recurring monthly memberships, setup fees, and hidden page-overage surcharges just to send a one-off document to a doctor, court, or government agency. We engineered an honest alternative: a permanently free tier for everyday short documents (up to 3 pages) and a flat, pay-as-you-go rate ($3.29) for multi-page or international transmissions.
Telecommunications & Infrastructure
Our platform interfaces directly with enterprise telephony carrier networks to bridge internet-uploaded digital documents with Public Switched Telephone Networks (PSTN) across North America, Europe, Asia, and over 50 international destinations. Every transmission negotiates standard facsimile protocols (ITU-T T.30 / T.38) and provides real-time asynchronous delivery receipts.
Privacy & Data Protection
Faxes frequently contain sensitive personal, financial, or medical information. We designed our architecture around strict data minimization principles:
- 256-Bit TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit.
- Automatic Purge: Uploaded document files and attachments are automatically deleted within 48 hours to prevent prolonged retention.
- Zero Data Selling: We never sell, monetize, or harvest user documents or metadata.
