• Fax content & documents you upload for sending
• Recipient fax numbers you provide
• Your email address for delivery receipts and support
• Payment data — processed exclusively by Stripe; we never store card numbers
• Basic usage data (IP address, browser type) for security and abuse prevention

2. How We Use Your Data

• Deliver your faxes to the specified recipients
• Send delivery confirmation emails
• Process payments securely via Stripe
• Detect and prevent spam or abuse
• Improve service reliability and performance

3. Data Retention

Uploaded documents and fax content are automatically deleted after 30 days. Delivery logs are retained for 90 days for support purposes. Payment records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data. Data is only passed to:

• Sinch (fax delivery provider) — to transmit your fax
• Stripe — to process payments
• Hosting infrastructure — for service operation only

5. GDPR & Your Rights

6. Cookies

We use minimal, functional cookies only — for session management and payment processing. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.

All data in transit is protected by TLS encryption. Documents are stored in access-controlled environments and are never publicly accessible.
