  • Fax content & documents you upload for sending
  • Recipient fax numbers you provide
  • Your email address for delivery receipts and support
  • Payment data — processed exclusively by Stripe; we never store card numbers
  • Basic usage data (IP address, browser type) for security and abuse prevention

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Deliver your faxes to the specified recipients
  • Send delivery confirmation emails
  • Process payments securely via Stripe
  • Detect and prevent spam or abuse
  • Improve service reliability and performance

3. Data Retention

Uploaded documents and fax content are automatically deleted after 30 days. Delivery logs are retained for 90 days for support purposes. Payment records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with trusted partners to operate our service and provide advertising:

  • Sinch (fax delivery provider) — to transmit your fax
  • Stripe — to process payments
  • Google AdSense — to serve personalized and non-personalized advertisements
  • Hosting infrastructure — for service operation
